Q: How does the payment plan work?
Our Skin Plans are paid via weekly direct debit through our secure provider, Aglow. Your first payment is processed 24 hours after sign-up, and the rest is spread out evenly over the course of your plan. It’s simple, automated, and easy to manage.

Q: Can I customise my plan?
Absolutely. All of our Skin Plans are fully tailored to your skin goals, budget, and lifestyle. Whether you're targeting breakouts, pigmentation, ageing, or just want a maintenance routine, we’ll create a plan just for you during your consultation.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel my plan?
We understand things can change. If you need to cancel your Skin Plan before the end of your agreed term, we simply require 30 days' written notice and a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining plan value.
This policy helps us protect the time, training, and resources we’ve invested to support your skin goals — and allows us to continue offering discounted treatment plans with flexible payments.

Skin Plans are non-transferable and non-refundable, as they are fully customised to your skin, goals, and treatment history.
However, if you’re experiencing unexpected changes or need to pause your plan, we’re here to help. Just reach out — we’ll do our best to find a solution that works for you.
Q: What happens if I miss a payment?
If a payment is missed, your upcoming appointment may be paused/cancelled until the payment is resolved. To keep your skin plan running smoothly, we recommend ensuring funds are available before your scheduled debit.

Q: Are there any extra fees with the payment plan?
Yes, there are small fees handled by Aglow (our secure payment provider), not Miracle Skin:
- one-time setup fee of $9.00 (plus GST)
- failed payment fee of $9.00 (plus GST) if a debit doesn’t go through
- Payment processing fee: 3.25% per instalment
These fees make it possible for you to enjoy flexible, interest-free weekly payments without any lock-in contracts. We believe in keeping things straightforward and transparent.
