Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. For special orders, please allow 7-14 business days.

Shipping Method We offer standard and express shipping Australia-wide.

Shipping Rates Rates are calculated based on package weight, quantity, and destination, and will be displayed at checkout. Spend over $149 to enjoy free standard shipping Australia-wide.

Delivery Time Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days. Express shipping typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Tracking Information Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.

SECTION 2 — SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

P.O. Boxes We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Delivery Notifications Deliveries occur during standard business hours. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a notification will be left with re-delivery or pick-up options.

International Shipping At this stage we do not offer international shipping. We ship within Australia only.

SECTION 3 — SHIPPING LIABILITY

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if required.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for orders dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-routing.
