This website is operated by Miracle Skin Clinic ABN 95678090974 ("we," "us," or "our"), a skin and hair loss clinic located in Osborne Park, Western Australia.
By visiting our website www.miracleskinclinic.com.au and/or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and clients.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or booking a service. If you do not agree, please do not access our site or use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
BOOKING FEE:
All deposits are to be made prior to your appointment and are strictly non-refundable, serving to secure your booking. Failure to pay the deposit by the due date may result in cancellation of your appointment, requiring a new booking to be made.
If your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, our standard cancellation policy applies, entailing up to 100% charge of the appointment cost, which is non-refundable and cannot be credited toward future appointments. Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No show appointments will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.
We kindly request that you plan ahead and inform us in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. By booking with Miracle Skin Clinic, you agree to our cancellation and deposit policy.
CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & CHANGES:
Cancellations or changes to your appointment made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of up to 100% of the treatment cost, which cannot be applied to future appointments.
Please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or alter your treatment. To make changes to your appointment, please contact Miracle Skin Clinic via email or phone using the clinic's designated number.
By booking with Miracle Skin Clinic, you agree to abide by our cancellation policy.
NO SHOWS:
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, and any booking fee paid will be forfeited. This charge will be automatically processed using the card provided during the online booking.
Clients who fail to attend will be prohibited from making future appointments. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, we ask for your understanding that this policy applies to all clients.
LATE ARRIVAL:
To ensure you receive the full service booked, it is essential to arrive on time. If you anticipate being late, please inform us promptly. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may incur an additional fee or have their appointment cancelled and charged as per our No Show policy above.
Please allow ample time for parking and potential traffic delays. Should you be late due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the clinic as soon as possible via phone.
GIFT VOUCHERS
All gift vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this period. Miracle Skin Clinic bears no responsibility for lost or stolen gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
VISITORS & CHILDREN
For safety and insurance reasons, we respectfully ask that you attend your appointment alone. Children are strictly prohibited from entering the clinic due to safety and insurance reasons.
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES:
Our memberships are available as fixed or non-fixed plan terms and cannot be altered once signed. Following the minimum contract term, a minimum of 30 days written notice is required via email to admin@miracleskinclinic.com.au to terminate your membership.
A fixed term membership cancelled prior to the end of the contract term will incur a small cancellation fee, and any discounts received during the membership period will be required to be refunded to the clinic. Failure to provide notice or cancellation payment will result in the contract automatically renewing, with payments continuing to be debited until notification is received. Failure to pay may result in debt collection proceedings under Australian law via our payment provider Aglow. Non-fixed terms only require a minimum of 30 days written notice to cancel.
Missed visits cannot be carried forward to the subsequent calendar month. Terms and conditions must be reviewed and acknowledged upon signing the contract. Once signed, membership contracts are strictly non-refundable.
Payments must always be made in advance, as discussed prior to the inclusion of any treatment within the membership, unless otherwise agreed upon. Membership fees may be paid upfront or on a weekly or fortnightly basis, as agreed upon during the contract signing process.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) in the use of our services.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address and/or billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
