RETURN & REFUND POLICY — PRODUCTS, DEVICES & SUPPLEMENTS

Due to hygiene reasons and to maintain product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare products, hair products, devices, or supplements once they have left the clinic for change of mind or incorrect selection.

This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@miracleskinclinic.com.au with proof of purchase and photos where relevant, and we will assess the item and provide a suitable remedy where required.
