How do I book my treatments?

After your consultation, we’ll pre-book your appointments so you don’t miss a session. If your schedule changes, we’re flexible — just reach out and we’ll help you reschedule.

How does the payment plan work?

Payments are handled securely via Aglow, our payment provider. You’ll pay a small setup fee and a transaction fee of 3.25% per debit. It’s easy, interest-free, and debits weekly. If you ever need help, Aglow’s support team is available at 1300 585 130 or support@getaglow.co.

What happens if I need to cancel my plan?

We understand things can change. If you need to cancel your Skin Plan before the end of your agreed term, we simply require 30 days' written notice and a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining plan value.

This policy helps us protect the time, training, and resources we’ve invested to support your skin goals — and allows us to continue offering discounted treatment plans with flexible payments.

Can I transfer or refund my plan?

Skin Plans are non-transferable and non-refundable, as they’re fully customised. If you’re experiencing any challenges, just reach out — we’ll always work with you to find a solution.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Missed payments may result in cancelled appointments. Please ensure your payment is cleared before your session. If anything goes wrong, contact Aglow or speak with us — we’re here to help.

Are there any extra fees with the payment plan?

Yes — Aglow charges a one-time setup fee of $9.00 (plus GST) and a 3.25% transaction fee per debit. These fees are paid directly to Aglow for managing your plan securely.
